1. Who we are

This website (brenoria.com) is operated by Brenoria ("we", "us", "our"). The store runs on Shopify. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

We describe our products and show their photos as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are intended for children ages 1 to 4 and should be used with adult supervision. Please read the included instructions before use.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you receive a confirmation email. That email confirms we received your order, not that we accepted it. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if there is an error in the price or description. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account.

7. Intellectual property

The Brenoria name, logo, text, photos and design of this site belong to Brenoria or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page, with its date, is the one that applies to new orders.
