Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

• Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Delivery: once shipped, orders arrive in 3 to 6 business days.
• Total: most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days from the day you order.

Your order ships from a warehouse in the United States. If your order includes more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of purchase, or it arrives damaged, email us at support@brenoria.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before it ships.
